About the Company

CRSP Connect is a rapidly growing Accounting Outsourcing firm based out of New York, the USA, and India. We provide services like Bookkeeping & Accounting, Payroll processing, Tax Preparation, Virtual CFO, and Offshore dedicated staffing services for small businesses, CPAs, EAs, and accounting firms in the USA & Canada. It would be B2B marketing targeting US & Canadian markets.

Business Development Manager

No of Positions: 05

This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to be involved in all stages of a sales life cycle from lead generation to sales closure.
  • Identify partnership opportunities.
  • Generate own leads through Cold Calls, Emails, Linked In, Social media, etc.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand
  • Maintain relationships with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure business continuity.
  • Draft contracts for new clients, ensure continuous billing, etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 – 4 years prior industry-related business development experience
  • Fluent English Spoken & Written communication.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with US & Canadian clients.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Candidates with US Accent and Calling experience are highly desired.

Location

  • Work from Home. (India).
  • Work from Office (Udaipur, Rajasthan / Ahmedabad, Gujarat).

Shift Time

  • US Shift 7 pm to 4 am IST.

Payment

  • Salary No bar for suitable candidate.
  • Commission / Bonus / Incentive on target achievement.
